Why do I need to do this?
On Windows I tend to run into permissions errors whenever my Jenkins workspace is located in C:\Program Files, so I always end up moving my Jenkins workspace to:
C:\Jenkins\workspace\For all my build servers.

Look in your Appdata folder for a file called .jenkins. Mine is located here:
